Micro Wedding With a Sense of Humor

All afternoon it went like this: the bride, theatrical and silly, sassed her groom, who humored her with the deepest affection. She played peekaboo under her veil, and he quietly grinned. She powdered his nose in the car. and he responded with a wry smile. She had a Cinderella moment and relished the sight of him kneeling at her feet strapping on her heels—and laughed again as she made him slip her feet back into her sneakers after the ceremony. Hours later, at an arcade, the tables were turned as he pinned her to the wall next to the whack-a-mole game. It was damn sexy, and I felt privileged to bear witness to their wonderful relationship.
